She leads high-impact strategic advisory, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction support for clients across Ethiopia’s industrial and services sectors.

Her expertise includes delivering robust valuations, feasibility studies, and governance-focused financial analysis that drive informed decision-making and sustainable growth. Her notable achievements include directing complex business valuations and due diligence for diverse clients, as well as guiding IPSAS/IFRS conversions and strengthening internal controls to enhance regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Currently, she is spearheading initiatives to facilitate corporate funding and market entry, including advising clients on share registration processes with the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority.

Her professional focus centers on financial advisory, regulatory compliance, and capital market development. She holds a BA in Accounting from Mekelle University and is actively pursuing advanced certifications with CISI, ACCA, and CFI. She is fluent in Amharic and English.
