Zintalem Getahun Asfaw has over 25 years of banking experience, including 19 years in leadership roles at Dashen Bank. Currently leading a high-performing branch, the emphasis is on driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

She holds an MBA from Unity University College and a BA in Business Education (Marketing and Sales Management) from Addis Ababa University, along with diplomas in Banking and Finance and Accounting. Additionally, certification in Corporate Governance and ESG from FSDE demonstrates a strong commitment to responsible banking practices.
