Woinshet Sileshi Haile is a Branch Manager at Dashen Bank S.C., with over two decades of extensive experience in diverse banking roles. In addition to her role, she served as West District Resource Mobilization Team Secretary and currently, contributing as a member of Dashen Bank Women Empowerment Adhoc Committee, where she actively championing and promoting gender inclusion and leadership advancement. Recently, she was also assigned as a mentor at NEWFin Ethiopia to support the growth of emerging women leaders in the financial sector.

Alongside her professional career, Woinshet is pursuing her PhD in Organizational Leadership, exhibit her commitment to professional excellence. She took various leadership development trainings to strengthen her strategic decision making and problem-solving abilities.

She is aspiring to become an influential leader, mentor, coach and strongly passionate on empowering women in decision-making and leadership roles by contributing to ethical, inclusive, and sustainable organizational growth in Ethiopia business landscape.
