Tigest is a certified management consultant with over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business management. She holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a BSc in Management Information Systems. Her expertise spans financial management systems, organizational assessments, investment, feasibility study, strategic tax planning, tax audits, and process optimization, consistently delivering clean audit outcomes and effective financial solutions.

She has served as a board member of Lem Ethiopia Environmental Association, deputy board director of a share company, and board secretary of professional associations. For more than seven years, she led Verdant Consulting, a U.S.-owned consulting firm, and has also worked as a freelance consultant for local and international companies across industries.

Currently, she serves as Business Manager for a U.S.-based real estate company, advising investors on tax and investment matters, while also working as Finance Advisor to the American Institute of Research.
