She currently serves as Legal and Compliance Counsel at Raxio Group, a multinational data center company, where she leads contract negotiation, risk management, and regulatory alignment across jurisdictions.
Rekik previously held senior leadership roles at Tsehay Bank and the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, where she developed board charters, compliance frameworks, and strategic agreements, including partnerships involving the World Bank’s IFC and the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange. Her expertise spans corporate law, institutional policy design, and cross-border legal advisory. Rekik holds an MBA, an LLB, and a Diploma in Accounting, and is fluent in Amharic and English.
