Dagmawit Abebe is the Founder and General Manager of Kedemt Coffee Trading PLC, an Alibaba Global Partner connecting Ethiopian coffee to global markets through value addition, digital trade, and e-commerce solutions. She has extensive experience leading private enterprises across multiple sectors, with strong expertise in FMCG, digital payment systems, and export operations.

Dagmawit currently serves as an Executive Board Member of the African Women’s Leadership Network (AWLN), Ethiopia chapter, and previously as Secretary of the Board Nomination Committee at Oromia International Bank. A graduate of the Presidential Women’s Leadership Training, she also drives initiatives such as Buna Skills Academy championing youth empowerment, women’s leadership, digital inclusion, and farmer-friendly value chains.
